Withdrawing from the contract means cancelling your purchase and returning the item to us in exchange for a refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

You may exercise your right to withdraw from the contract by submitting our online Return Form, which serves as notification of your decision to withdraw, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order; the form can be accessed through your customer account or via this link.

Upon submission of the Return Form, we will send you confirmation that we have received your withdrawal request

Once an order has been placed, our warehouse begins processing it automatically and we are unable to stop or intercept orders before dispatch.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not prevent delivery of your order. If your order is delivered, you must return the item to us in order for your withdrawal to be completed and your refund processed.
